While you’ll rarely ever find any of your favorites sold out here at Comic Store West, we know that it’s still nice to have the peace of mind knowing your favorite comics are waiting for you safe and sound for you to pick up.

Our subscription service is a free service that allows you to reserve any comics you’re following with us to pick up at your convenience.

Tired of forgetting which issue you picked up last? With our subscription service, you’ll never have to ask yourself “Did I get this already?”, as each new issue of your favorite monthly series will be automatically reserved for you in a mailbox with your name on it at our store.

We even offer a 10% Off Discount on all of your purchases, not just comics, here at Comic Store West when you’ve got a subscription account with us.

Sounds awesome! What Do I Need To Do To Sign Up? Stop in and fill out an info packet, letting us know what books you would like held for you each month and within 24 hours you are ready to go.

Are There Any Requirements? It’s a FREE service. No deposit, or minimum title count required. The only requirement we do have is that you pick up your comics at least once every 30 days.  We understand that sometimes you can't make it in monthly, just kindly let us know and we will hold your books longer.

FAQ

Q: How Do I Pick Up My Subscription?

A: When you come to the store, just tell us your last name at the counter, and we’ll grab your pull box for you.

Q: Can I put comics in my box to hold for later pick up?

A: New Releases on your subscription list will be held for up to 30 days. Any comics not considered a new release, or not on your pull list, can be held for up to 7 days.

Q: My favorite writer left this comic, and it sucks now.. can I cancel my subscription?

A: Yes, just make sure to let us know via the subscription change form, e-mail, or in-person.

Q: What if I can’t pick up my comics within the 30 day window?

A: If you’re going to be longer than 4 weeks, please contact us to make arrangements for them to be held for you. If we don’t hear from you within 30 days, we will put the books back on the floor for sale, and stop adding new titles until you tell us to re-start.

Q: I don’t subscribe to _____, but it was in my pull box, do I have to buy it ?

A: Definitely not. One of our strong points is getting to know what our customers love to read, and we will from time to time slide a new series that we feel you may enjoy in your folder to try out. If it doesn’t look like you’r thing, or you have no interest, please just hand it right back to us. No obligations whatsoever.
